Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Archicise (https://archicise.com), operated by DIZENZ (https://dizenz.com), referred to below as "we" or "us". By creating an account or using Archicise you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Archicise is a training platform for engineering teams: practice exercises with AI-assisted feedback, study material, company workspaces and technical interviews. We may add, change or remove features at any time. We aim for high availability but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime.

Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at hi@dizenz.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • One person per account. You may not share, sell or transfer your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Company workspaces

A person who registers a company becomes the owner of that workspace and confirms they are authorised to act for the company. Owners and admins can invite members, assign roles, remove members and view members' progress within Archicise. Interviewers can create and run technical interviews for candidates. The company is responsible for its members' and candidates' use of the workspace and for informing them about how their data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, infringe anyone's rights or use Archicise to harass, deceive or harm others;
  • upload malicious code, probe or overload our infrastructure, or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication or access controls;
  • scrape, copy or redistribute the exercises, study material or feedback beyond your personal or your company's internal use;
  • use automated tools to create accounts or submit content, except as we expressly permit;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the interview features to evaluate people without their knowledge and consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the solutions, answers and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display that content to operate the service, including sending it to AI providers to generate feedback and showing it to your workspace's authorised members. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you submit and for not including confidential information you are not allowed to share.

AI-generated feedback

Exercises, hints, feedback and interview assessments may be generated by artificial intelligence. They can be incomplete or wrong and are provided for learning purposes only. They are not professional advice, and hiring or other decisions taken on the basis of interview assessments remain solely the responsibility of the company making them.

Our content and intellectual property

Archicise, its exercises, articles, designs, software and trademarks are owned by DIZENZ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use them as part of the service. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of these rights to you.

Fees

Archicise for companies is a paid, subscription service, billed monthly in advance to the payment method on file and renewing automatically until cancelled. Current plans and prices are published at https://archicise.com/pricing. New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial; if you do not cancel before it ends, your card is charged and the subscription continues automatically at the plan price shown at signup, plus the per-seat AI add-on if it is enabled for your company. The AI add-on is billed per member of your company; members joining or leaving change that amount on the next invoice. You can turn the AI add-on on or off, or cancel, at any time from your company's billing page, which also opens the Stripe customer portal. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

Termination

You may stop using Archicise at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice where possible. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (your content licence for already-generated feedback, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) continue to apply.

Disclaimers

Archicise is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any learning outcome or hiring result will be achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIZENZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Archicise. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DIZENZ against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use Archicise after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and DIZENZ regarding Archicise. If any provision is found unenforceable the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganisation or sale. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which DIZENZ is established, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring claims in your own country.
